Who we are

What we collect, and why

We collect information only when you give it to us for a purpose:

• Contact form: your name, work email, company, and message — used to respond to you, and for nothing else. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person.
• Course enrollment:each attendee’s name, email, phone, company, and title, plus the buyer’s billing name and address — used to process the order, send confirmations, and assign the course. Payment card details are entered in your browser and tokenized directly by Intuit (QuickBooks Payments); the card number itself never reaches a Globiox server.
• Client portal: account and engagement information for clients and contractors who are invited to use it.
• Technical logs: our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and troubleshooting.

What we don’t do

This site runs no analytics or advertising trackers and sets no marketing cookies — the only cookies are functional ones, such as the portal sign-in session. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list: the emails we send are the ones your request or order requires.

Who processes data on our behalf

A small number of services handle data so this site can work: Intuit processes payments; Resend delivers our transactional email; Cloudflare provides the contact form’s spam protection; our hosting provider serves the site and keeps its logs. When you enroll in a PECB course, we share the attendee’s name and email with PECB — that is how the course is assigned to your PECB account. We also use standard business systems (accounting and time tracking) to run engagements. Each of these receives only what its job requires.

Retention

We keep enrollment and payment records as long as business and tax records require. Contact-form messages are kept as long as the conversation they started. Portal data lasts for the engagement it supports.

Your choices

Email info@globiox.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where the law does not require us to keep it. This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children.

Changes

If our practices change, this page changes with them, along with the effective date above.
