Who these terms are with

This site is operated by Globiox, Inc., 9600 Escarpment Blvd, Ste 745 #279, Austin, TX 78749. Using this site, enrolling in a course, or engaging Globiox for services means you accept these terms. Questions: info@globiox.com or 737.231.0233.

What we provide

Globiox provides quality-assurance and regulatory consulting to life-science companies, and resells PECB training and certification programs as an official PECB reseller. Consulting engagements are governed by the individual statement of work or proposal signed for that engagement; where that document and these terms disagree, that document controls.

Training enrollment

Course fees are shown in US dollars on each course page and are charged at the time of enrollment. Enrolling gives the named participant 12 months from the date of purchase to complete the course and sit the exam, on the terms PECB publishes in its Exam Rules and Policies.

Certification is awarded by PECB, not by Globiox.We sell the training and exam, arrange access, and support you through the process. Whether a credential is granted, maintained, or withdrawn is PECB’s decision under its own rules, including its Code of Ethics and any professional-experience requirements for the credential in question. Passing an exam is not something we can promise, and course materials remain the property of PECB — they are licensed to the enrolled participant for their own use and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

Cancellations and refunds

Once a participant has been enrolled in their course through PECB, we are unable to offer a refund. If you place an order by mistake, call us at 737.231.0233 or email info@globiox.com right away — we can cancel an order at any time before the course is assigned.

No guaranteed regulatory outcome

This one matters, so it is stated plainly. Globiox helps you prepare for inspections and build quality systems that hold up under scrutiny. We do not and cannot guarantee the outcome of any inspection, audit, submission, certification decision, or enforcement action, and nothing on this site — including case descriptions, readiness scores, insights articles, or the audit-readiness self-check — is a warranty of any regulatory result. Those tools are educational and indicative only. Responsibility for your quality system, your regulatory filings, and your compliance obligations remains yours.

Nothing here is legal advice. Where a matter calls for counsel, engage counsel.

Using this site

Don’t use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or to misrepresent your identity when submitting a form or enrolling someone. Client portal accounts are issued to a named person: keep your sign-in link to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and materials on this site are owned by Globiox or its licensors, except third-party marks, which belong to their owners — TrackWise is a registered trademark of Sparta Systems, Inc., a Honeywell company, and PECB and SimplerQMS marks belong to those companies. Deliverables produced during a consulting engagement are governed by that engagement’s agreement.

Third-party services

Payments are processed by Intuit (QuickBooks Payments), and enrollment requires a PECB account governed by PECB’s own terms. Your use of those services is subject to their agreements as well as these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Globiox is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of this site or our services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid Globiox for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes with them, and continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance. See also our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and why.
